Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention programs.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and professional development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws and company policies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment and company culture.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A passion for the food & beverage industry and people development.
