Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and facilitate employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, as well as global standards.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, and manage HR information systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within a recruitment or engineering consultancy environment.
• Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and local labor legislation in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international work environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
