Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation management.
- Provide expert HR advice and support to management and employees on various HR matters.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking employees and external stakeholders.
- Ensure legal compliance across all HR functions and maintain accurate HR records.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within the Gulf region.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and contemporary HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
