Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, attendance, and contribute to payroll processing.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to employees and management on various HR matters.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or officer role, preferably within the construction or industrial services sector.
  • Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
