Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR administration for UAE-based employees.
- Execute full-cycle recruitment, including drafting job ads and screening candidates.
- Administer payroll and benefits in partnership with payroll vendors.
- Handle employee relations and HR policy enforcement.
- Maintain HRIS and confidential employee records; produce HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR operations experience in the UAE or GCC market.
- Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Solid working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, employment visa, and Emirates ID processes.
- Strong MS Excel skills and ability to prepare HR reports.
