    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end HR administration for UAE-based employees.
    • Execute full-cycle recruitment, including drafting job ads and screening candidates.
    • Administer payroll and benefits in partnership with payroll vendors.
    • Handle employee relations and HR policy enforcement.
    • Maintain HRIS and confidential employee records; produce HR reports.
    • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR operations experience in the UAE or GCC market.
    • Proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
    • Solid working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, employment visa, and Emirates ID processes.
    • Strong MS Excel skills and ability to prepare HR reports.
