Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Prepare and manage all necessary onboarding documentation and compliance.
- Conduct orientation sessions and introduce new hires to company culture and policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their initial period.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
