This dual-role position involves sourcing and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals while managing their licensing, DataFlow, and eligibility processes with UAE health authorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist healthcare professionals (Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Health).
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualification compatibility with UAE healthcare requirements.
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and medical centers to understand staffing needs.
- Handle end-to-end licensing applications (DHA, DOH, MOH) including DataFlow, Good Standing Certificates, Prometric/Exam coordination, and eligibility applications.
- Verify and review candidates documents for compliance with UAE regulatory standards.
- Track application progress and maintain records in CRM/ATS systems.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare recruitment or licensing in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of DHA / DOH / MOH licensing processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems (Manatal, Go High Level, or similar).
