Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to HRIS and payroll.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
- Support HR operations and assist with employee inquiries related to HRIS and payroll.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance departments on system integration and data integrity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist with a focus on HRIS and payroll.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and payroll processing systems.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
