Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to HRIS and payroll.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
  • Support HR operations and assist with employee inquiries related to HRIS and payroll.
  • Collaborate with IT and Finance departments on system integration and data integrity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist with a focus on HRIS and payroll.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and payroll processing systems.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
