    Job Overview

    We are seeking an HR Specialist (m/f/d) to support HR operations at TB&C. The role involves managing day-to-day HR processes, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, payroll preparation, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.     Job Responsibilities

    • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and HRIS updates
    • Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication
    • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data
    • Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and labor legislation
    • Coordinate training and development initiatives and evaluate outcomes
    • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies
    • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
    • Participate in employee engagement and well-being initiatives

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
    • Proven experience in an HR role (HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar)
    • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
    • Proficiency in MS Office; HRIS experience preferred
    • Fluent in German and English
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
