Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
