Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner Lead or Head of HRBP.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
