Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Identify potential hazards and risks, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead safety training sessions and promote a strong safety culture among all personnel.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
• Ensure all project activities comply with local and international HSE standards and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an HSE Engineer, preferably within construction or a design-build environment.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH IGC/Diploma).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and incident investigations.
