Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee HSE aspects of construction projects.
- Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and site inspections.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and standards.
- Lead safety training programs for employees.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HSE management within construction.
- In-depth knowledge of Qatari HSE regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety inspections.
- Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
