Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide HSE training to employees and contractors.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HSE Officer.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in Indonesia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in HSE is preferred.
