Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures across projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure strict compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Identify potential hazards and risks, and recommend effective preventive and corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
• Provide comprehensive HSE training and awareness programs to project teams and contractors.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to integrate HSE best practices into all project phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as an HSE Officer, preferably within the construction or architecture industry.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct effective training sessions and lead safety initiatives.
• Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.
