Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor effective HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Organize and deliver HSE training sessions for all employees.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all HSE-related activities and incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in an office or educational environment.
- Possession of relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, OSHA).
- Thorough knowledge of UAE HSE laws, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- Ability to conduct effective safety audits and develop action plans.
