Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily air cargo operations within the Etihad hub.
- Ensure strict compliance with all aviation safety, security, and customs regulations for cargo.
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with ground handling teams, customs officials, and freight forwarders.
- Monitor and track cargo movements, documentation, and storage efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to cargo shipments promptly.
- Contribute to optimizing cargo processes and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of air cargo operations and logistics principles.
- Familiarity with aviation safety and security regulations (e.g., IATA DGR).
- Strong organizational abilities and proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and external coordination.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic airport environment, including various shifts.
- Proficiency in relevant cargo management systems is considered a significant advantage.
