Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS, including employee records and payroll information.
- Develop and generate HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on HRIS usage.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HRIS with other systems.
- Stay updated on HRIS best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HRIS Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
