Key Responsibilities
- Support HR initiatives aligned with Natura’s sustainable values and ethical practices.
- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Contribute to developing and implementing employee development and training programs.
- Help foster a positive, inclusive, and diverse work environment.
- Participate in employee relations activities and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and B Corp™ standards.
Requirements
