Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate applications.
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Respond to general HR inquiries, directing complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare various HR documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or similar support role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices in Egypt.
