Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate applications.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Respond to general HR inquiries, directing complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare various HR documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative or similar support role.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices in Egypt.
