Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department.
- Assist with various recruitment tasks, including scheduling interviews and managing applications.
- Support the new hire onboarding process and orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Respond to general employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the coordination and execution of HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an Associate-level Human Resources or administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
