Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Assist with various recruitment tasks, including scheduling interviews and managing applications.
  • Support the new hire onboarding process and orientation activities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Respond to general employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the coordination and execution of HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Associate-level Human Resources or administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
