Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies.
• Provide expert guidance and support on talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Drive employee relations initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and resolving workplace issues proactively.
• Implement and manage HR programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with company values and legal requirements.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts across the group’s diverse brands.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the retail, hospitality, or wellness sectors.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, best practices, and UAE labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and provide strategic HR advice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
