Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the retail, wellness, or hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives and contribute to business growth.
