Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
