- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion as an HR Business Partner.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail or similar industry environment.
