Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with various HR administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate employee records.

  • Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Help coordinate HR programs and events, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
