Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to all local labor laws and HR regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior human resources leadership role.

- Experience working within the Technology, IT Services, or Software Development industries is highly advantageous.
