Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
  • Provide support for performance management and employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably 2 years or more.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
