Key Responsibilities

  • Manage various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies and procedures.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, and assist with payroll processing.
  • Support performance management cycles and employee development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and HR information systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar human resources role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor legislation in the UAE.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
