Key Responsibilities
- Manage various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies and procedures.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, and assist with payroll processing.
- Support performance management cycles and employee development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HR information systems.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar human resources role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor legislation in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
