Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for production, sales, and support staff.
• Manage visa processing, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related employee queries.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
• Handle disciplinary actions and exit processes in line with Labour Law.
• Oversee staff accommodation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG / food production / bakery manufacturing sector.
• Solid knowledge of Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
