Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Foster a positive working environment and promote company values.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, with significant leadership responsibilities.
  • Deep knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations).
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, particularly within Azerbaijan.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR programs and policies effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
