Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
- Assist in recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and training programs.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation.
- Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Arabic Speaker.
