Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR operations, ensuring compliance and efficient service delivery for clients.
- Oversee contract staffing and outsourced HR solutions for a diverse client portfolio.
- Implement and leverage HR technology solutions to enhance service automation and efficiency.
- Manage HR support for Nathan & Nathan’s large internal workforce of over 6500 staff in the UAE.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for both internal roles and client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to HR best practices and regulatory compliance within the GCC region.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within an HR solutions provider or large organization.
- Strong understanding of GCC labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with HR technology and automated HR service delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex HR projects and a large, diverse workforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
