Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Discovered MENA’s business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and retention programs for a diverse workforce.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and maintain efficient HR information systems.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture that supports innovation and growth.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to management on various HR-related matters and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within the technology, staffing, or recruitment sectors.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to operate both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Proficiency in utilizing HRIS and talent management software.
