Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all human resources functions for an international recruitment specialist.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that champion performance through people.
  • Collaborate closely with multi-lingual talent teams to achieve business goals.
  • Support recruitment across diverse industrial sectors including plastics, packaging, and energy.
  • Implement bespoke and structured HR services to enhance talent acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct post-appointment support and utilize psychometric evaluations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Human Resources management, preferably within recruitment or industrial sectors (5 Year+ experience).
  • Strong understanding of international HR practices and talent acquisition methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and a broad client base.
  • Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
