Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment and selection lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development programs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and maintain accurate HR information systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
