Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance on HR best practices to internal teams and clients.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in human resource management and a strong understanding of labor law.
• Solid background in personnel administration and contemporary HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively and adapt within a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Proficiency in relevant HR software and digital tools.
• Fluency in French and Arabic is highly desirable for this role in Algeria.
