Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR support and guidance to management and employees across various departments.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution effectively.
  • Facilitate and support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Partner or similar mid-senior level HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws (especially UAE), and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
