Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR support and guidance to management and employees across various departments.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Facilitate and support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Partner or similar mid-senior level HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws (especially UAE), and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
