Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support various HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain and manage HR data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
