Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily human resources operations.
  • Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Support employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Human Resources, ideally within the architectural, design, or real estate sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
