Key Responsibilities
- Report daily work progress and trouble report completion to the A/C and Refrigeration Technician/Foreman.
- Address all refrigeration and A/C trouble reports on a daily basis, prioritizing guest room issues.
- Collaborate with the A/C and Refrigeration Technician/Foreman and peers to execute preventive and annual maintenance programs.
- Adhere to all safety rules, regulations, departmental procedures, and instructions.
- Complete all other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Read and interpret Building, Air-conditioning, Refrigeration, and Electrical drawings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of air-conditioning or refrigeration installation or maintenance experience in Industrial/Commercial Projects.
- Good all-round practical trade skills, including fabrication, installation, and maintenance.
- Preferable apprentice-time service candidate.
- Good electrical knowledge and knowledge of BMS systems.
- Experience with reciprocating Chillers and Air handling plant and cold rooms.
- Familiarity with planned Preventive Maintenance and Safety programs.
