Key Responsibilities
- Report daily work progress and trouble report completion to the A/C and Refrigeration Technician/Foreman.
- Address all refrigeration and A/C trouble reports daily, prioritizing guest room issues.
- Collaborate with the A/C and Refrigeration Technician/Foreman to execute preventive and annual maintenance programs.
- Adhere to all safety rules, regulations, departmental procedures, and instructions.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in air-conditioning or refrigeration installation or maintenance in Industrial/Commercial Projects.
- Good practical trade skills, including fabrication, installation, and maintenance.
- Preferable apprentice time service candidate.
- Good understanding of water treatment techniques and able to handle chemicals.
- Knowledge of BMS systems.
- Experience of reciprocating Chillers and Air handling plant and cold rooms.
