Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with national retail accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Formulate and implement account plans to drive growth and market share for ice cream brands.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional activities with key customers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and effective campaigns.
- Lead the development and execution of joint business plans with national accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in national account management within the FMCG or food and beverage sector.
- Strong understanding of the Italian retail landscape and customer dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and build strong client relationships.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting.
- Results-oriented with a passion for the ice cream industry.
