Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, design, and implementation of the city’s ICT architecture.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architectural standards, guidelines, and policies for ICT systems.
- Collaborate with various city departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of ICT infrastructure and applications.
- Drive innovation and evaluate new technologies to enhance the city’s digital capabilities.
- Provide expert architectural guidance and support to development and operations teams.
Requirements
- Extensive proven experience in ICT architecture roles, preferably in a large or public sector organization.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and IT service management (e.g., ITIL).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term vision and continuous improvement in ICT.
