    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and design preferences for kitchen and bath renovations.
    • Develop customized design solutions, layouts, and material selections that align with client vision and budget.
    • Present design concepts and proposals, effectively communicating the value and aesthetics of the proposed transformations.
    • Collaborate with clients throughout the design process, providing expert advice and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Stay updated on the latest design trends, products, and industry best practices.
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in interior design, kitchen & bath design, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction processes.
    • Ability to create compelling design proposals and effectively close sales.
    • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design) is a plus.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home consultations.
