Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and design preferences for kitchen and bath renovations.
- Develop customized design solutions, layouts, and material selections that align with client vision and budget.
- Present design concepts and proposals, effectively communicating the value and aesthetics of the proposed transformations.
- Collaborate with clients throughout the design process, providing expert advice and ensuring satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, products, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in interior design, kitchen & bath design, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction processes.
- Ability to create compelling design proposals and effectively close sales.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2020 Design) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home consultations.
