Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and take accurate in-room dining orders from guests.
- Clearly communicate menu items, specials, and potential modifications.
- Accurately enter orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests related to in-room dining promptly and professionally.
