Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound leads and qualify potential health & fitness coaches for partnership.
  • Present Lenus’s innovative technology platform and strategic expertise to prospective clients.
  • Guide coaches through the entire sales process, from initial contact to successful onboarding.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the health & fitness coaching industry and market trends.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for new partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inbound sales or a related client-facing role, preferably in technology or health/fitness.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and modern sales tools.
  • A genuine passion for health & fitness and a desire to contribute to a positive global impact.
