Key Responsibilities

  • Address client inquiries, provide support, and resolve basic issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and call outcomes.
  • Adhere strictly to communication scripts, quality standards, and company guidelines.
  • Work towards achieving daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hindi and English, both verbal and written, is essential.
  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional speaking voice.
  • Ability to thrive and perform efficiently in a fast-paced call center or telecalling environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and willingness to learn CRM software.
  • Strong active listening skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
