Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care and support to elderly residents.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
- Monitor residents’ health status and accurately report any changes.
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records.
- Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting their independence.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Requirements
- Hold a recognized nursing diploma (Infirmier diplômé).
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in French and/or Luxembourgish is highly advantageous.
