Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care and support to elderly residents.
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by medical staff.
  • Monitor residents’ health status and accurately report any changes.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential patient records.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities while promoting their independence.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Requirements

  • Hold a recognized nursing diploma (Infirmier diplômé).
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficiency in French and/or Luxembourgish is highly advantageous.
