Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and foster strong relationships with key fashion and lifestyle influencers.
- Negotiate influencer contracts and manage campaign execution from start to finish.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of global influencer campaigns, providing data-driven insights and reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, social media, and PR teams for integrated marketing efforts.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the global retail or fashion industry.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, audience dynamics, and the influencer landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute creatively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management and performance analysis for marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
